Job summary

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Brand & Creative Services Partner to uphold the Pokémon brand vision across licensed products and marketing materials. You will review submissions, guide licensees, and coordinate brand-aligned product roll-outs, while maintaining asset integrity and high quality.

This role requires 3–4 years in toy product development, strong communication, and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of professional experience in toy product development or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with ability to review creative files and provide feedback for brand compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve submissions for assigned partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and use of provided art assets only.
• Identify potential schedule challenges and raise to manager with proposed solutions.
• Guide partners to interpretations of the brand fit for their product.
• Collaborate with internal partners and licensees to determine product and character roll-out strategy.
• Assist stakeholders to represent the Pokémon brand in products and marketing materials.
• Maintain records of item development from concept to approval.
• Create presentations and assist with projects as needed.
