You will oversee staff across Designers, Copywriters, Art Directors, IT, Production and Traffic, hire personnel, and set budgets. The role requires a Fine Arts degree and 10 years of experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and 10+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of project and personnel management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel.
• Strong decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative department and manage brand development, projects and team performance.
• Oversee staff across Designers, Copywriters, Art Directors, IT, Production and Traffic.
• Hire designers, copywriters and production personnel; determine pay ranges.
• Vet and assign work to external freelancers and vendors.
• Create workflows, budgets, and project estimates; supervise deadlines.
