Adora is seeking a Senior Brand & Creative Direction Lead to maintain the brand fidelity of client work as it scales with AI tooling. You will partner with brand directors, translate guidelines into actionable AI prompts, and uphold the aesthetic bar across flagship accounts.

The role emphasizes senior-level client interaction, deep brand sense, and the ability to build repeatable prompting systems and enablement resources for the team. A track record with enterprise brands is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in creative direction or brand stewardship for enterprise brands.
• Strong aesthetic judgment across diverse brand identities.
• Deep fluency with AI creative production or ability to master proprietary AI systems.
• Experience presenting to senior client-side stakeholders and leading in rooms.
• Comfort with AI-native tools and data-informed quality review.

Responsibilities

• Hold the final aesthetic bar on all creative before reaching a customer.
• Lead review and iteration cycles with brand directors.
• Translate brand guidelines into standards for Adora's AI tooling.
• Be the escalation point for aesthetic integrity questions.
• Partner with creative directors on flagship accounts and join meetings.
• Lead onboarding and create prompting guides and style references.
• Develop sample pitch creatives and support sales timelines.
