Job summary

PrimaLoft, Inc. is seeking a Creative Associate to join our Brand Building team. You will lead and support projects across creative development, presentation, and production, collaborating with the Creative Lead and Senior Creative to bring campaigns to life.

This role blends concepting with execution, requires a portfolio demonstrating strong design and storytelling, and offers a Northeast USA hybrid work arrangement with travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years work experience with proficiency-expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid design skills with a portfolio showcasing technical and conceptual creative work.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team and work closely with the Creative Lead and Senior Creative.
• Own projects from development through final delivery, tracking feedback and milestones.
• Partner with marketing to bring creative concepts to life and manage lookbooks, displays, and assets.
• Contribute to briefing, translate technical ideas into consumer-friendly work.
• Maintain and organize the Creative Library and archives for assets.
