About the Role
As the Brand Content Specialist on the marketing team, you will collaborate regularly with cross‑functional partners to ideate, design, and implement multi‑channel content that supports our growth objectives. Your work will focus on aligning brand standards with engaging copy, thoughtful design, and organized project management in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support multi‑channel content, marketing and editorial strategy for BoomPop Growth team.
- Create newsletters, campaign emails, social posts and visual brand assets that adhere to our design system and editorial voice.
- Project‑manage cross‑functional programs such as event photography collection, immersive customer stories, and other marketing initiatives.
- Produce one customer testimonial story in the first 30 days; increase to 1‑2 stories per month by 60 days.
- Own brand social media channels and email & newsletter production by 90 days.
- Design marketing and sales assets including sales sheets, deck designs, campaign ads, website CTAs, e‑book layouts, and more.
- Design, collaborate, and publish content to company blog and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube graphics, reels, shorts).
- Create and edit short‑form video content for social channels (reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts).
- Project‑manage the customer case study program, including outreach, approvals, asset collection, and design comps in Figma.
- Own the customer event photography process—collect, upload, tag, organize, and manage approvals in a centralized repository.
- Support the blog and website with content updates, SEO enhancements, and visual updates.
- Produce production design work across all marketing content needs to maintain consistency with brand standards.
Onboarding Timeline
- Within 30 days: meet key team players, receive brand design system training, begin publishing content, learn email and newsletter production, contribute to brainstorming, produce a customer testimonial story, and develop SOPs.
- Within 60 days: own brand social media channels, fully integrate into the content team, and consistently produce 1‑2 customer stories monthly.
- Within 90 days: develop and pitch new content ideas, demonstrate subject‑matter expertise in the events industry, and lead projects through execution.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing design, brand content, or creative production.
- Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Experience building and designing emails, campaigns, and automations in HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of brand design systems and ability to apply them across media.
- Comfortable with short‑form copywriting (emails, social posts, CTA buttons, headlines).
- Organized and process‑driven, able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and approvals independently.
- Familiarity with social media publishing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing case study or testimonial content, or working with event/photo/video content in a fast‑moving environment.
- Comfortable working with customers to navigate content approvals.

Compensation Package
Base salary: $82,000 – $110,000 per year (depending on experience). Additional benefits: medical, vision, dental, life ($10,000 – $16,000 per year). Equity with an estimated value of $50,000+.
