Job summary

Innovative Ag Services (IAS) seeks a Communications Coordinator to bridge our organization with an external marketing partner. You will coordinate internal and external communications, support social media and website initiatives, and gather content across business units to maintain a consistent brand presence.

This role is part of the HR team and collaborates with leaders across departments to execute marketing requests and engage employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field.
• Two+ years in communications or marketing coordination.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external communications across the organization.
• Assist with employee communications, newsletters, and materials.
• Gather stories, photos, and content from locations.
• Ensure messaging aligns with IAS branding.
• Support leadership communications and company initiatives.
