In this role you will handle administrative tasks, assist with presentations and media materials, support client projects from ideation to reporting, and contribute to events and retail promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing.
• PR agency or relevant in-house professional work experience required.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Business acumen with the ability to communicate across departments within the organization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of pop-culture.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Takes initiative and is resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties (scheduling, expenses, booking travel, managing emails).
• Manage responsibilities on 4 - 6 accounts
• Assist in creating professional presentations or Excel spreadsheets
• Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and other media materials
• Conduct business research
• Support client projects from ideation to reporting
• Coordinate with partner teams within the agency and client partners
• Assist onsite at events and coordinate logistics across programs
• Contribute to monthly, project or event reporting and recaps across all clients
• Work in-office 4 days a week and overtime as needed
