Zusammenfassung

Slingshot seeks an Associate Art Director to shape our brand visuals across product, site, campaigns, events, and partner materials. You’ll lead design and, at times, art direct photographers and creators, ensuring a sharp, cohesive style that stands out.

You’ll work closely with the brand and marketing teams to translate strategy into compelling visuals, managing multiple projects with strong craft and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years design experience with a strong branding, digital and campaign portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID).
• Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
• Aware of design and brand trends.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator able to present ideas to non-designers.
• Hybrid work in LA or NYC preferred.

• Design marketing materials across digital and print, and ensure brand consistency.
• Art direct photography, illustration, and video for campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to translate strategy into visuals.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery and guide external vendors.
