Juvly Aesthetics in Columbus, OH seeks a Brand and Marketing Manager to own the brand’s social presence, content engine, and campaign execution across our network of clinics and platforms. You will film and photograph treatments, ship high‑impact content weekly, grow influencer relationships, and connect marketing to bookings and revenue.

This hands‑on role requires a marketing degree, 2+ years’ experience in beauty/healthcare, design and video skills, and strong writing, organization, and SEO

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and photography/videography.
• Proven experience growing social media accounts and delivering results.
• Strong writing and communication skills; proficiency with scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

Brand and Marketing Manager

Position Overview

As Brand and Marketing Manager at Juvly Aesthetics, you will own the brand’s social presence, content engine, and campaign execution across our network of clinics and all platforms, under supervision and guidance. This is a hands‑on, results‑driven role: you will be in clinics filming and photographing treatments, providers, and patient journeys; ship high‑impact content on a reliable weekly cadence; grow influencer and community partnerships; and connect every marketing & branding effort to greater success in bookings, revenue, engagement, and brand trust. These efforts include social media, client‑facing materials / communication, and website.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Social Strategy and Performance

• Develop and own all aspects of our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Maintain Juvly’s Brand image and DNA across all platforms
• Monitor key performance metrics and analyze that tracking to optimize strategy and drive the success of all marketing endeavors. Metrics include but are not limited to revenue/bookings, ROI/ROAS, engagement, and follower growth.

Content Creation & Publishing

• Create engaging and aspirational content that showcases our treatments, results, and clinic atmosphere as well as aligns with seasons and trends.
• Create promotional materials for special offers and marketing campaigns (email, text graphics, social media, etc) for all new product and service launches.
• Schedule and publish regular posts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with staff to source before/after content and testimonials (within HIPAA compliance).

Community, CRM & Partnerships

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community, via our CRM, social media and all systems.
• Build relationships with local businesses and influencers for cross-promotion.
• Prospect Influencers across all locations and manage the execution of that collaborated content.

Website, Retail & Local digital

• Maintain website development and improvements as another lever of our marketing and branding. Implement local SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Manage / oversee online retail shop execution, marketing and success.

Location Launches & Events

• Execute our established playbook for any new location marketing, including grand opening events.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Photography/videography skills
• Proven experience in growing social media accounts and engagement as well as achieving deliverables.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Creative eye for aesthetics and design
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in medical aesthetics, spa, fitness or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance related to marketing
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
• Understanding of local marketing strategies

Location:

Columbus, OH (primary) — with regular travel to other Juvly clinics as needed. Cincinnati-based candidates with willingness to travel for content capture will also be considered.

Type:

Full-time, in-clinic. Hybrid if approved post-onboarding.

Comp:

$65,000–70,000 + up to 10% annual bonus potential tied to quarterly goals
