Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group seeks Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading electronics and storage brand in top national electronics retailers across Tennessee. This is a 1-year continuity program with the same representative visiting every 8 weeks, building brand familiarity with shoppers and store staff.

You will engage shoppers, train retailer associates, and ensure displays are tidy and up to brand standards. Training is paid; use Ubeya for check-in/out and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer.
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line and train retailer associates.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at each visit with reference photos.
• Check in/out on-site via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos and reporting.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence with brand-issued name badge visible at all times.

What you’ll do (1-hour in-store visit, in priority order):

• Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided).
• Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting.

Available Tennessee Locations:

• Murfreesboro, TN
• Brentwood, TN
• Chattanooga, TN
• Memphis, TN

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation : $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).

Compensation Notice: Mosaic, in good faith, believes the posted compensation range is accurate at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and location. This range is subject to change.

• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
