Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking Brand Ambassadors for a 1-year continuity program with top electronics retailers in Maryland. You will engage shoppers, train store associates, and keep displays up to date while using the Ubeya app for check-in/out.

The role requires professional presence and completion of retailer compliance courses before your first visit. Paid training is provided, and the program pays $24.00 per hour with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers about the brand’s flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at each visit, following reference photos provided.
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo and jeans and display a visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
