Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the store floor in Austin, helping customers find the perfect looks and guiding their shopping journey.

You will keep the merchandise organized, provide personalized styling recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming omnichannel experience. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred; prior hospitality or customer-focused work is a plus.
