Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Lynnfield, MA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and provide an amazing shopping experience. You will learn the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

We look for energy, teamwork, and a passion for AE products. If you love retail, enjoy fast-paced environments, and are at least 16 years old, this could be your role.

Qualifications

Must be a people person with strong interpersonal skills.
Need energy to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they want.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
