Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead at our Briarwood Mall location in Michigan. You will champion exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and support managers and teammates to exceed goals. Successful candidates will engage fans, mentor peers, and uphold Pandora's culture while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Knowledge of POS systems and Office 365 is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Provide support to managers and sales associates to ensure store success.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and display strong product knowledge.
• Coach and inspire the sales team with real-time feedback for KPI achievement.
• Foster brand loyalty and represent Pandora as a top ambassador.
