Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and help customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and procedures from manuals and memos.
• Assist daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and report pricing or operations issues.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect company assets and prevent fraud through internal controls.
