Qualifications

• Availability must be flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and understanding of retail operations.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate under pressure.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide store associates to meet sales targets.
• Create an emotional connection with customers and act as a brand ambassador.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with team members.
• Operate POS systems and use MS Office as needed.
