Job summary

QUI Tequila is seeking Brand Ambassadors to host in-store demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations around St. Augustine, FL.

This customer-facing role focuses on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling. Training and sales materials will be provided. Pay ranges from $27 to $50 per hour with approximately 15-28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available Thursday–Sunday.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and a professional presence.
• Reliable transportation in the St. Augustine area.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus.
• Able to lift a 2' x 4' folding table (20 pounds) and move equipment.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Able to work independently at your location.

We are growing our presence across the Florida market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.

Job Summary

Requirements

• Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• Reliable transportation within the St. Augustine area
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus
• Able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot into the store at the start of each shift and back to the parking lot at the end, along with product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision, as you'll be the only team member at your location

Compensation

• Pay: $27-$50 per hour
• Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
• Approximately 15-28 hours per week

Location

• Based in St. Augustine, FL
• Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area
• Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
