Job summary

Qui Tequila is seeking Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Red Bluff, California. You will engage customers, educate them about Qui Tequila, and drive trial and sales through authentic storytelling.

Training and sales materials are provided. This part-time role requires 21+ with availability Thu–Sun, strong communication, and reliable transportation in the Red Bluff area.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Retail experience preferred; sales/promotions/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Able to lift a 2' x 4' table (~20 pounds) and stand for long periods.
• Friendly, dependable and comfortable engaging with the public.

We are growing our presence across the California market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.

Job Summary

We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Red Bluff, California.

This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling.
Training and sales materials will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• Reliable transportation within the Red Bluff area
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus
• Able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot into the store at the start of each shift and back to the parking lot at the end, along with product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision, as you'll be the only team member at your location

Compensation

Pay: $27-$50 per hour
Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
Approximately 15-28 hours per week

Location

Based in Red Bluff, California
Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area
Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
