Job summary

Qui Tequila is seeking Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations around Novato, CA. You will engage shoppers, educate them about Qui Tequila, and drive trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling.

Training and sales materials are provided. This part-time role requires 21+ years of age, weekend availability, and excellent communication. You will represent the brand professionally in busy retail settings across the area.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence.
• Reliable transportation within the Novato area.
• Friendly, dependable and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus.
• Able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table (approx. 20 pounds) from the parking lot into the store at the start of each shift and back to the parking lot at the end, along with product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision, as you'll be the only team member at your location.

We are growing our presence across the California market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.

Job Summary

Compensation

Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
