Job summary

Qui Tequila is seeking Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Naples, FL.

This customer-facing role focuses on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling. Training and sales materials will be provided. You must be comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift setup materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available Thursdays–Sundays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence.
• Reliable transportation within the Naples area.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus.
• Able to lift and carry a 2'x4' folding table (~20 lb) and materials.
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.

• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus
• Able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot into the store at the start of each shift and back to the parking lot at the end, along with product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision, as you'll be the only team member at your location

Compensation

• Pay: $27-$50 per hour
• Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
• Approximately 15-28 hours per week

Location

• Based in Naples, FL
• Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area
• Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
