Job summary

QUI Tequila in Marina Del Rey, CA is seeking Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations. Training and sales materials will be provided.

You will educate customers on our tequila, create a welcoming experience, and represent the brand with a professional presence while driving awareness and sales.

The role is part-time, requires 21+, availability Thu-Sun, and the pay ranges from $30 to $50 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Availability Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence.
• Reliable transportation within the Marina Del Rey area.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus.
• Able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from parking lot into the store at the start of each shift and back to the parking lot at the end, along with product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision, as you'll be the only team member at your location.

We are growing our presence across the California market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.

Compensation

• Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
• Approximately 15-28 hours per week
