Job summary

Qui Tequila is seeking Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Antioch, CA. This role focuses on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling.

Training and sales materials will be provided; you will work independently at your assigned location, with a pay rate of $30–$50 per hour and 15–28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• Reliable transportation within the Antioch area
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus
• Able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table (approx. 20 pounds)
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision, as you'll be the only team member at your location

Compensation

Pay: $30-$50 per hour
Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
Approximately 15-28 hours per week

Location

Based in Antioch, CA
Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area
Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
