Job summary

Carhartt is seeking an on-site Retail Associate at Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio. You will deliver a premier customer experience and help tell the Carhartt story through engaging service.

Key duties include merchandising, teamwork, and exceeding sales goals while upholding safety and company policies. Travel is up to 5% and the role requires flexibility to support store hours and events.

Hiring Range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience

Representative Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, finding the best solution for each individual consumer, and driving sales by meeting and exceeding consumer expectations.

Required Education

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.

• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Typical retail environment; store setting. Extended periods of time standing, typing on a computer is required.
• Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs)
• Retail hours.
• National travel required (up to 5%).
• This position has an On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities.
