Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate for our Pentagon City location in Arlington, VA. You will greet customers, build genuine connections, and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling while keeping the store polished and well-organized.

You will collaborate with your team to deliver outstanding service, share product knowledge, and drive loyalty. A hospitality mindset, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and comfort with a POS system are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
