Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
