Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to enhance their shopping experience.
• Educate customers about product details and provide product suggestions.
• Flexibly work in various store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates in achieving store goals.
