Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national retailers across Oregon. This one-year continuity program involves in-store visits every 8 weeks to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates, with paid training and strict dress/appearance standards.

Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, training associates, maintaining displays, and submitting post-visit reports

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.

This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

What you\'ll do (1-hour in-store visit, in priority order):

• Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided).
• Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting.

Available Oregon Locations:

• Salem, OR
• Portland, OR
• Beaverton, OR
• Springfield, OR

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation : $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Required:

• Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).

• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
