Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside top national retailers in Massachusetts. You will perform a 1-hour in-store visit every 8 weeks for the full program, engaging shoppers and training retailer staff. Training is paid, with Ubeya check-ins and on-site reporting.

Compensation is $24.00/hr with weekly payroll. You must have a smartphone, reliable transportation, and a brand-issued name badge.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store.
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — explain product benefits clearly.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.
