Job summary

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking a high-energy team member to engage shoppers, spark interest in premium window and door solutions, and schedule in-home consultations. You will educate homeowners and maintain branded displays while contributing to lead generation and sales growth.

No experience is required as paid training is provided; you must be 18+, have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and be able to stand, move, and lift up to 40 pounds during shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• At least 18 years old and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone and ability to stand/move throughout shift, lift up to 40 pounds.
• Outgoing personality with strong work ethic; comfortable with a performance-based environment.
• Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, events, or sales is a plus.
