Job summary

Buddies Administrative Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Brand Ambassador to support the California territory. You will build relationships with dispensaries, educate budtenders and customers, and lead in-store demos and events to boost brand visibility.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and able to work evenings and weekends. This field-based role offers growth opportunities in cannabis sales and events within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older per state cannabis regulations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license and insurance required for roles involving driving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dispensary staff and retail partners.
• Educate budtenders and customers on products, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Execute in-store demos, pop-ups, and promotional events.
• Provide feedback from the field on product performance and customer insights.
• Support sales initiatives and brand visibility in assigned territory.
• Transport and manage promotional materials as needed.
