Job summary

Pyramid Roofing in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at Lowe's locations, trade shows, and community events. You’ll engage homeowners, uncover needs, and hand off qualified opportunities to the field team.

This is not a sales role; you won’t quote prices or close deals. Regular travel to stores and events is expected, including some evenings and weekends, with a performance-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Comfort walking up to a stranger, starting a conversation, and asking a few good questions without being pushy.
• Willingness to travel between assigned stores and events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, home services, or home improvement retail is a plus, not a requirement.
• Professional appearance and conduct while representing Pyramid Roofing.

Responsibilities

• Be the regular presence at Lowe's and other venues to build relationships.
• Train store associates, refresh training, and simplify lead sharing.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads for in-home consultations.
• Plan and run events at Lowe's, trade shows, charity events, and local promotions.
• Provide weekly recap of coverage and participate in biweekly performance calls.
