Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our team in retail environments and local events.

You’ll engage customers with friendly conversations, showcase remodeling services, and aim to schedule free in-home demonstrations—no selling required.

Qualifications

• No experience required!
• Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
• Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements: stand/walk 6–8+ hours, outdoor events, reach during promotions

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through in-person outreach in retail and event spaces
• Introduce remodeling services and offers via friendly conversations
