Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role offers the opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

We provide training and team support, with 2-3 shifts per week including weekends. Earn $25.19 per hour plus benefits options and room for growth within the company. You should be 21+, be able to lift 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• You're 21 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
