Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life by engaging customers, representing the brand authentically, and creating a welcoming environment.

You will help customers find what they need and maintain a well-presented store environment. You’ll contribute to a seamless omni-channel experience, assist with online orders, and support checkout and returns with a friendly demeanor.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
