Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Minnesota is seeking Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life by engaging customers with care and representing our brand authentically.

You will help customers find what they need and maintain a well-presented store environment. You will support replenishment, process purchases and returns, and contribute to a seamless omni-channel experience including in-store pickup and ship-from-store orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
