Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life, engage customers with care, and maintain a welcoming environment. You’ll help customers find what they need and ensure presentation standards across departments.

In this role you’ll provide warm service, assist with product replenishment, manage checkout operations, and support omni-channel orders such as in-store pickup and ship-from-store. Flexible scheduling is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
