Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate Customer First selling standards to meet daily sales goals.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in tasks.
• Outfit customers with key looks and current trends based on style.
• Promote brand awareness and guide customers to additional channels.
• Handle register transactions accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain brand standards on sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Manage merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy, in cooperation with leadership.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
