Comunidade Metodista is seeking a motivated, people-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers hands‑on experience in marketing, brand promotion, and public engagement while supporting mission-driven events and partnerships.

The role focuses on representing the organization at community events, engaging diverse audiences, and collaborating with marketing and outreach teams to meet campaign goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (coursework in marketing, communications, or business a plus)
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing, confident personality
• Comfortable engaging diverse audiences in fast-paced settings
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Available for occasional evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Retail, customer service, sales, or volunteer experience a plus but not required

Responsabilidades

• Represent our organization and partner brands at community events, pop-ups, and outreach campaigns
• Communicate brand messaging and social impact initiatives to engage the public
• Provide one-on-one interactions to promote awareness and participation
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site support
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to meet campaign goals
• Collect attendee feedback and share insights to improve future events
• Stay updated on brand guidelines and marketing objectives
