Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Eligible for employee discounts and part-time scheduling. AEO emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!).
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details and suggestions.
• You share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• You can hang between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver and resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• You're a team player and support your team to get the job done.
• You act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
