You will drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge, and keeping the store inviting. As part of a rapidly growing women’s fashion company with charitable initiatives, you’ll support opening/closing, merchandising, and transactions while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening/closing procedures with a guest-focused approach.
• Locate merchandise quickly and maintain organization.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
• Assist in window displays and merchandising.
