Job summary

Mosaic North America is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics and storage brand inside top-selling national retailers across the United States. This 1‑year continuity program requires visiting the same store roughly every 8 weeks and completing all required training.

You will engage shoppers, train store associates, and maintain in‑store displays. A clean, professional appearance and brand badge are required, with pay at $24.00/hr plus paid training.

Qualifications

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big‑box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1‑year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1‑hour in‑store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.

Compensation

$24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.
