Job summary

10Beauty is seeking an energetic, sales-minded ambassador to introduce our breakthrough beauty robotics at retail and salon locations. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate our technology, and turn conversations into bookings, representing the brand at partner sites across Massachusetts.

Pay is $20/hour plus $15 per booking. Evening and weekend availability is required. Equity and benefits may apply; this is a 1-month contract with potential to extend in a fast-growing startup.

10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA on a mission to forever change the beauty and wellness space. We have raised $70M from some of the leading venture and celebrity investors in the country to build the world’s first fully autonomous 5-step manicure machine. We have pre-sold our first 1,000 machines to some of the most iconic brands in America, including Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, Equinox and Marriott.

As of November 2025, we launched our first robot at Ulta Beauty in Everett, MA and are continuing to scale across said brand locations above. We are a fast growing 60+ person organization with deep robotics experience.

Introduction:

*This is a 1 month contract role with the opportunity to go longer*

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded individual to help introduce our groundbreaking technology to new customers at retail and salon locations.

If you love beauty and technology, enjoy meeting new people, and aren’t afraid to strike up a conversation with a stranger, we’d love to meet you! You’ll be responsible for engaging shoppers and salon guests, demonstrating our technology, and turning conversations into bookings.

Pay: $20/hour + $15 for every booking you drive!

What You'll Do:

• Represent 10Beauty at partner locations, including salons, beauty retailers, and special events, by engaging and connecting with potential customers


• Drive customer bookings by creating excitement and converting conversations into appointments


• Distribute marketing materials and promotional offers to increase awareness and engagement


• Generate excitement and foot traffic for 10Beauty at retail and salon locations


• Be a passionate brand ambassador who brings the 10Beauty experience to life and gets people excited about our technology

What you have:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people


• Passion for beauty, fashion, wellness, or consumer technology


• Available to work evenings and weekends


• Previous ambassador, influencer, or promotional sales experience is a plus
