Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC in Virginia is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading electronics and storage brand inside top national retailers. This is a 1-year continuity program with the same rep at the same store, every 8 weeks.

You will complete a 1-hour in-store visit, train retailer staff, refresh displays, and report via Ubeya. Paid training and weekly payroll are provided; a branded polo/jeans look and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Complete all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line and benefits.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at each visit.
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence — clean polo + jeans and visible name badge.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and training before first in-store visit.
