Job description

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside national big‑box retailer locations across the country. This is a 1‑year continuity program – same store, same rep, every 8 weeks – designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line – ask questions and explain product benefits.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.

Schedule & Cadence

• 1‑hour visit per assigned store, every 8 weeks (bi‑monthly).
• Thursday–Sunday strongly preferred (highest in‑store traffic).

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual)

• Brand training session – 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation

$24.00/hr. Paid training. Bi‑weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand‑issued name badge shipment.
• Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in‑store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
