Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program to build brand loyalty.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, adapting to different zones while solving guest issues with integrity and a friendly, “friends first” mindset. Prior retail experience helps you shine.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Energetic, people-focused, and sales-driven.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Introduce the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support team and adhere to company policies.
