Job summary

Carter's Retail Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll greet customers, explain product features, and help with school prep and baby essentials in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and balance multiple customers on the sales floor.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and help minimize losses.
