American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Meridian, ID is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll help guests find what they need, share product details, and build lasting loyalty while living the brand values.

You’ll work a schedule that fits shopping hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and you’ll join a team that emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a great guest experience.
• You’re energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with your team to get the job done.
• Uphold AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
