Job summary

Quality Craftsmen is hiring part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent our bath remodeling solutions at home shows, fairs, and local events in the Orlando area. You will engage homeowners, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home sales appointments while maintaining a professional booth presence.

Paid training provided and performance bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy talking with people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with the public.
• Dependable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Weekend availability and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome event attendees and attract visitors to our booth.
• Start conversations and engage with potential customers.

• Keep the booth clean, organized, and professional.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Submit daily lead reports to the Marketing Manager.
