Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Miami is seeking a frontline retail teammate who brings energy, style, and genuine enthusiasm for our brand. You’ll engage customers, help them discover products, and create memorable shopping experiences on the sales floor.

You’ll keep the store organized and on-brand, use in-store tech to assist shoppers, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required; experience in retail or customer
