Job summary

2020 Companies in Lansing, MI is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory. In this highly interactive role, you will engage adult consumers, share brand offers, collect feedback, and promote promotions while traveling in your territory.

Pay is $25 per hour; schedule is Wednesday through Sunday; daily travel within the territory. No tobacco industry experience is required, just a great personality, confidence in engaging

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position requires regular travel throughout an assigned territory and frequent work within convenience store and retail environments.
